Emergency website repair services provided on a one-off, priority basis
Emergency website repair services are intended for urgent technical issues that require immediate attention and are delivered remotely.
A 30% deposit is required before work begins on standard projects.
Remaining balance is due on completion and approval.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or Stripe online payments.
Monthly maintenance and SEO subscriptions are processed automatically via Stripe.
Prices may change but will never affect existing agreements without notice.
Emergency website repair services are charged upfront and activate immediate investigation and repair work. This payment covers emergency diagnosis and initial repair only. Any additional work outside the initial scope will be discussed and agreed before further charges apply.
Typical delivery time is 1–6 weeks, depending on client responsiveness and content availability.
Delays caused by clients delivering content late are not Core Web UK’s responsibility.
Emergency website repair timelines vary depending on the issue, platform, and access provided. Emergency response refers to rapid investigation and action, not guaranteed resolution times.
Clients must provide:
Accurate business details
Images, text, and branding
Clear instructions
Timely approvals & feedback
For emergency website repair services, clients confirm they have the authority to provide website admin access, hosting access, and related credentials required to complete the work.
Core Web UK retains ownership of design files until full payment is received.
After final payment, the client owns the completed website.
Core Web UK may showcase the project only with the client’s consent.
Clients can subscribe to a monthly maintenance or SEO plan.
Core Web UK is not responsible for issues arising from third-party plugins, hosting outages, security breaches, or client-side changes outside our control.
